2. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached).
  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Note: Custom-made, personalized, or sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable.
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
  4. Ship the item back to the return address provided.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • Refunds exclude any original shipping fees unless the return was due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or design:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the exchange process.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
