Cyboniso Designs Shipping Policy

At Cyboniso Designs, we value every order and aim to deliver your fashion pieces safely and on time.

1. Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy, a trusted South African courier service.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/email to follow your parcel’s journey.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Local (Johannesburg & Gauteng): 1–2 working days.
Major cities in South Africa: 2–4 working days.
Regional/Outlying areas: 4–7 working days.
(Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen courier delays.)

3. Shipping Fees

Standard delivery fee: from R100 (flat rate, confirm your chosen fee). Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Dispatch is done from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Same-day delivery may be arranged within Johannesburg upon request (extra fee applies).

5. International Shipping

At this stage, we ship only within South Africa. International orders can be arranged upon request please contact us directly for a custom quote.

6. Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect details provided, re-delivery costs will be billed to the customer. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

Cyboniso Designs is not responsible for courier delays or mishandling once the parcel has been dispatched.

However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any courier-related issues. If your parcel is lost or damaged, claims can be submitted to The Courier Guy.
